We provide a family atmosphere where each individual utilizes her/her talents and use a person-centered approach to encourage individuals to realize their dreams and goals.  We also try to generate a sense of accomplishment by involving and encouraging individuals to participate in the care of their home environment. All of this is done in a clean, safe environment and includes: nutritional meals, social interaction, support with daily living and fun.

This service model provides group homes for individuals with intellectual disabilities or developmental disabilities who are 18 years or older. This service offers 24-hour support in clean, healthy, safe settings of no more than four individuals per home. Skill-building activities are provided in order to help the individuals meet their medical, dietary, behavioral, personal care and daily living needs.

Skill-building is also provided to build independence and to promote involvement in the home and in the community. Staff are on-site 24 hours - Seven days a week.

	Mountain View, Bedford, VA This brick home has an attractively landscaped and level yard. Mountain View is perfect for individuals who use wheelchairs with its pleasant living areas, three large bedrooms, and raised counter to accommodate wheelchairs at mealtimes. An Agency vehicle is available for transportation.
	Sky View, Bedford, VA Our Sky View residence, set on a countryside hilltop, has a windowed porch room, shaded patio, sky lights and open floor plan with high ceilings. The home has four bedrooms and is wheelchair accessible. Its design and facilities provide for a welcoming living environment. An Agency vehicle is available for transportation.
	Turnpike Manor, Lynchburg, VA This two-story, Colonial-style brick house offers ambulatory clients a gracious home environment. Each floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is shared living room available on both levels. French doors on each floor lead to a shaded patio providing a safe and fun outdoor environment. There is also a large, eat-in kitchen. An Agency vehicle is available for transportation.
	Twin Oaks, Vinton, VA The Twin Oaks brick home is set in rolling farmland, and has a large yard with several large shade trees. A spacious gathering room and covered back porch facilitate socialization and activities. This amenable home is wheelchair accessible and has three bedrooms and modern bathroom adapted for use by individuals with disabilities. An Agency vehicle is available for transportation.
	Wheatland, Bedford, VA Our Wheatland home offers cozy, country-style living, with large front and back yards and a shaded patio deck. The spacious brick home is wheelchair accessible and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also features wooden accent trim and basement laundry facilities. An Agency vehicle is available for transportation.
	Deer Creek, Bedford, VA One of our newest additions is is a calm country setting with plenty of trees and fresh air. This home is convenient to Bedford and is only 15 minutes from Lynchburg. This location has a nice fenced activity area and a deck for our residents. An Agency vehicle is available for transportation.
